Baoji Beer
Returning to Beijing from field work in central China, we took a lunch in the town of Baoji in Henan Province prior to our destination of Xi'an that evening. It was well over 40dC outside, it is the hottest region of China I was told. At the local resturant they served a cold tasty local brew, Baoji beer. It hit the spot!
